Plastic bottles are usually made of PP, PE, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc. Commonly used in cosmetic containers with thick wall cream bottles, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, gaskets, pump heads, injection molding dust covers; secondary molding PET bottle blowing, injection molding tube blanks, and finished blow molding bottle packaging. Others, such as latex bottles with thinner container walls, blow bottles. There are many things that can be said about these materials, and the characteristics of the more common PET, ABS, and acrylic materials are also more obvious.
PET material is an environmentally friendly material with high barrier properties, lightweight, no fragmentation, chemical resistance, and strong transparency. It can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white, and transparent, and is widely used in gel water filling. The bottle mouth is generally standard 16#, 18#, 22#, and 24# diameter, which can be used with a pump head.
The acrylic material is an injection-molded bottle, which has poor chemical resistance. Generally, the paste cannot be directly filled. It needs to be equipped with an inner liner to block it. Cracks have high packaging requirements during transportation because it looks particularly obvious after scratches, have high permeability, and feel extra thick on the upper wall, but the price is quite expensive.
AS、ABS: AS transparency is better than ABS, and toughness is better. Usually, the primary color is frosted and magnetic white, or the effect of pearl powder is added. Although the bottle and the cap are matched with the same color masterbatch, sometimes the color displayed is somewhat different due to the different materials used for the bottle and the cap.
